Brain Gym® is a successful system of specific, simple, targeted integrative movements and processes. It builds, enhances or restores natural neural pathways in the body and brain to assist natural learning.

Brain Gym eliminates learning blocks

and stress, allowing greater ease and accomplishment in all life activities. The ability to learn and perform is made more efficient, joyful and fulfilling.

This course will take you beyond the 26 basic Brain Gym movements into the Five Step Learning Procedure called “Balancing.” This is a process that tailors the experience to an individual’s specific desired outcome.

Brain Gym has proven effective in helping overcome personal, academic, and business challenges. It is effective for those wishing to enhance skills in organization, reading comprehension, math, writing, and concentration and focus. It has been used successfully with children and adults, with both normal learning and high performance enhancement, as well as those with ADD, ADHD, and other learning difficulties. With Brain Gym's ability to restore clear thinking, calmness and focus, it restores self-esteem, confidence, and allows breakthroughs in interpersonal relationships.
