About The Workshop Leaders
Kathi Calouri, Ph.D. and Eric Hamblen are from Project PACE, Inc. and PACE Place in Oregon. The PACE Place professionals created the innovative PACE Place Family Immersion WeekTM where families spend five days addressing individual targets within daily living activities and community outings. The Family Immersion Workshop in Seattle reflects the experience and knowledge the PACE Place professionals have gained from collaborating with many diverse families in a wide range of settings. Kathi and Eric enjoy helping families think through their challenges and together find dynamic solutions.
The Family Immersion Workshop is appropriate for families who are struggling with behavior problems and emotional regulation issues in the home and/or community. Families who attend this workshop may have a child who does NOT have a diagnosis of any kind. Families who attend this workshop may have a child with a developmental delay that affects social learning (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), Asperger's Syndrome, ADD, ADHD, NVLD, PDD-NOS).
